Agility Builders are a Wellington residential building operation specialising in new builds, maintenance, renovations, extensions and project management. Based in central Petone, Lower Hutt—we are ideally located to service anywhere within the Wellington Region.
Agility Builders—back in Wellington
Agility Builders was established in 2005 in Christchurch. Dave took over in late 2018 after working as operations manager for some 4+ years. Since driving the business, Dave has moved operations back to Wellington and grown the company into a skilled and experienced team.
Whether you’re building a new home or after home renovations for your existing house—whether you’ve hired an architect already or planned renovations yourself—we have the skills to help.
We understand that building projects can be daunting—we plan to take the stress out of it for you.

Dave is a Trade Qualified Carpenter, Licensed Building Practitioner, and Regsitered Master Builder with over 21 years of building experience in Wellington, Christchurch, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
Dave is passionate about creating beautifully finished homes and spaces. Dave and his team are dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
